Return Policy
While we're confident that you'll love your FoodGuard products, we understand that things don't always work out! We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of your postmarked delivery date. Returns must be postmarked within the 14 day window.
To initiate the return process, please email us at customercare@thefoodguard.com with your order number and your reasoning/feedback BEFORE sending us your product. Due to the nature of the product, we are only able to issue refunds for unused, unopened and in their original form. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate exchanges on any products.
PLEASE NOTE: For all returns, your original shipping costs will not be refunded. Also, we do not have any restock fees for returning your item(s) but we do ask that you pay the shipping cost to return your item to our warehouse.
*COVID-19 Update: to maintain health and safety of our staff and customers, we will not be accepting mail-in returns for any products (including unused or unopened) during this time. With that being said, please email us at customercare@thefoodguard.com if you have any issues with your order, and we will address these on a case-by-case basis.
